My husband has been so pleased with his 2011 TL, that when our daughter, a graduate student, needed to replace her car (Volkswagon) earlier this year, we encouraged her to look at the Acura line. She ended up purchasing a 2014 ILX and has been very happy with her new car. Earlier this month, we decided it was time to replace my car (Mercedes) and didn't even consider going anywhere else but to Gabe at David McDavid Acura. We ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned 2014 RLX and after a week of driving it, we couldn't be more pleased. Gabe is a true sales professional. He always listens to our wants and concerns, then seems to find the perfect car for us. He is very knowledgeable about the automobiles he sells and takes the time to be sure we are totally comfortable with the features and how everything works. Gabe always follows up with us after the sale to be sure all is well and that we have no questions or concerns. We cannot imagine purchasing a car from anyone else! Best of all, though, Gabe is truly one of the nicest people we have ever met and we consider him our friend. We have also been very impressed with David McDavid Acura as a dealership. Everyone we have come into contact with from the receptionist, to the business office to the service department has been professional, competent and very friendly. Again, we cannot imagine every buying a car anywhere else! More

Why I am a returning customer I had an 2010 Acura TL and was very pleased with it, but it was time for a new car. I had been thinking about leasing and going with a crerossover. I went into David McDavid Acura Plano In February to test drive a MDX and RDX. Both are really nice. I worked with Gabe who was extremely professional and worked hard to get me a great deal. It was not the right time though. I returned in June. Again,Gabe helped me. He answered all of my questions about leasing vs buying. He was never pushy and even went above and beyond to get me an even better deal than I hoped for. Whoever heard of that? This dealership was impressive to me with my first Acura. I am so pleased that I returned. More

I was looking for Acura MDX for 07 or 08 within a certain budget and found one online. Called and talked to eduard and got to dealership to check the car. Since Eduard was with another customer he introduced me with Amir. Turns out to be good experience to work with both of these guys. I told them that i know about MDX so you can save time by not telling me typical sale speech, they respected that and didnt say anything i didnt wanna hear. Some chips on paints were dealt with nicely even though the paint guy could have done it in less time that it actually took but its not Amir's or Eduard's fault. They were respectful of time and overall it was great experience, if i will ever have to buy another Acura or something they have, i will call them surely. More

Fantastic experience We went in one afternoon to take a look at the Acuras. Dan went with us as we took the car on a short drive ... it was really nice! The general sales manager offered us the opportunity to take one out for several hours. Since my mechanic had told me to never buy a car without first riding in it for awhile (what's comfortable for 5 minutes may not be so much after one or two hours), I jumped at that chance. However, we said we'd come back at on another day to get the car. We came home. I researched prices. (I had already researched car quality - impeccable.) We got bids on interest rates from banks we had relationships with. And, a couple of days later, we returned to the dealership to drive the car. Dan got us a car that had a full tank of gas in it and told us to go have fun in it. We did! And, we were sold! Dan never pushed us to buy any specific car. He didn't try to push options on us that we didn't necessarily want or need. We got a price that the Internet said was a really good one. And Giles, the finance man, was able to get us a better interest rate than we could find for ourselves at banks we have used for years. When we picked up the car the next day, Dan spent a couple of hours going over everything with us (when did cars get so complicated???). He told us to go home, play with it, and then, if we still have questions, to come back and he'd spend more time with us. Thanks, Dan and David McDavid Acura! It was a wonderful experience! More

Professional and friendly experience I found this dealership to bring me to purchasing my 2014 TSX. My parents had bought from Denis in the past and persuaded me to visit them. Denis was very helpful in setting up everything and the process went smoothly when purchasing my third TSX model. He showed me the service department, introduced me, and signed me up for my first appointment, which by the way is on them. Also, Matt from finance was very courteous and not in any form pushing things I did not need to purchase along with my new car. I have had some bad experience with purchasing Acura vehicles in the past from another dealership, but with David McDavid I did not. I will continue using David McDavid Acura in the near future when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, as so will my parents I'm sure. More

David McDavid Acura was my first choice of the two dealerships that I chose. So, I stopped into McDavid’s dealership and test drove a MDX, which Mark Belyavskiy assisted me with. Mark was very professional and courteous. In addition, he is a no-pressure type of guy and is very knowledgable about Acura vehicles, which was manifested by him walking me through all the features of the MDX. I also checked out the other Acura dealership, whose name I won’t mention, and found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The other dealership even offered me a significantly lower price on the MDX. However, I went with David McDavid because the car buying experience, for me, is not just about price. It is also about professionalism, courteousness, and integrity, which Mark and his team exhibited throughout my car buying experience. More

We would only need to take our car in for it's normal check ups and had great service help. That's why we decided to go buy our next MDX there as well. Jaime was on top of every detail and question we had. He was personalble and helpful through the whole process. Matt who handled our finiancial service was wonderful as well.
