Amazing Experience for my First Acura Purchase I had such a positive experience at McDavid Acura that I felt compelled to share it with others. From start to finish, the people I dealt with at the I had such a positive experience at McDavid Acura that I felt compelled to share it with others. From start to finish, the people I dealt with at the dealership were professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I did quite a bit of homework and the price they offered me for my trade and the 2015 Acura MDX that I bought seemed extremely fair. Gabe took lots of time to show us the features and get everything configured exactly how we wanted. The General Sales Manager, Charlie Sokolash, even came over to entertain my kids while we were reviewing the features. On top of everything, they let me borrow a giant blue bow to complete the Christmas morning surprise for my wife. I highly recommend David McDavid Acura of Plano. More

From the lease of our first Acura in 2012 The entire staff at DMD-Acura in Plano TX has done an amazing job of earning our business the past 3 years. From the lease of our first Acura in 2012 to the purchase of our 2nd in late 2014, we've been thoroughly impressed. The sales team is very knowledgeable and eager to please, and follow that up with a good fair deal on both the purchase vehicle and the trade in. The business department ushers us through the process very quickly and offers only those post sales programs that make sense to buy and none of it with any pressure. Finally the service department has always done a great job on the scheduled maintenance, and executes their plan as they say they will. We traded in a lease and bought our second MDX. I don't anticipate needing another one anytime soon, but if I do, or ever need a used car, I'm stopping in to see Gabe and his team first. GREAT JOB DMD-Plano! More

2015 TLX I purchased a new 2015 TLX 4 cylinder last night. I really liked how the internet sales manager, Chris Sprayberry, sent me a very competitive price I purchased a new 2015 TLX 4 cylinder last night. I really liked how the internet sales manager, Chris Sprayberry, sent me a very competitive price via email. Also, Drew Jones, sales consultant, promised he would call me when the car arrived, and he followed through exactly as he said he would. The car was ready at the scheduled appointment time and Drew went over many of the car's specifications at time of delivery. Unfortunately I had to wait quite a while to complete financing because the dealership was extremely busy with many year-end shoppers there last night. But it was well worth the wait because the car if fantastic! More

2nd MDX My 2008 MDX had been serviced at McDavid Acura for several years. We recently traded it in for a 2015 model. The color I preferred wasn't easy to find with SH-AWD and the Tech package, but the McDavid staff was able to do it within the projected time. Chad and his colleagues are courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the updated tech features and how to customize settings and use the tech features. My first contact was with Chad but the day I went for a test drive, he was finishing with another customer. He and the other sales staff made sure I didn't have to wait to see the vehicle and get my questions answered. More

Great Experience We purchased an MDX from them but there were issues getting the car in time to meet our travel dates. They went the extra mile to find another vehicl We purchased an MDX from them but there were issues getting the car in time to meet our travel dates. They went the extra mile to find another vehicle that could be delivered in time. We picked up the vehicle on the date promised. Not only that but the paperwork was ready to go that allowed us to get in and out in record time. I will definitely be buying my next Acura from them. A truly pleasurable buying experience. More

We looked at many different manufactures/dealers. Many of those we perused the new car lot and never was approached by anyone. At McDavid Acura we were greeted by the sales manager, out on the lot, who politely asked if we needed assistance and had a salesperson get with us as requested. Our salesman Harsh Patel provided us with the all the features, packages and trim level information. He has a great knowledge of the cars and you can tell he loves his job discussing your needs and answering questions. There’s a lot of technology in these new cars and Harsh did a fantastic job explaining in clear understandable terms. Harsh demonstrated everything during the test drive(s); we did several. Ask for Harsh when go in. Further, the service department has been great for us in the past. Top notch dealership! More
