Misleading, deceptive, out right lying Bad Experience, were lead to believe we were buying a all wheel dr. ended up with front wheel dr. we went thru negotiations with Brett Murack and emai Bad Experience, were lead to believe we were buying a all wheel dr. ended up with front wheel dr. we went thru negotiations with Brett Murack and emailed to begin with we wanted AWD, test drove two cars both AWD. The first negotiation was for AWD and when we declined because of the price he brought back another negotiation we declined again and were leaving. Brett came out and said wait we can get you what you want, but we don't have the charcoal gray is the silver ok. And we agreed, nothing was ever said about it not being AWD. The only difference on the document we signed was the VIN. None of the papers listed AWD or front wheel dr. It did list the technology package but nothing about the AWD or front wheel dr. Brett NEVER said we can do it for this price but your not getting AWD. We called the general manager Charlie Sokolash and he was extremely rude and said we should have crawled underneath the car to see if it was AWD.... And there was nothing he could do. I cant believe these people were so deceptive. I am a business owner also for a Kwik Kar Oil and Lube and when we do an oil change we don't expect a customer to pop the hood when were done to make sure we put oil in the car. Terrible experience very unprofessional, straight out deceptive. I have the paperwork to prove it. All they had to say is we can do it but not the AWD. Brett insist he said that but my husband and I were both there and he is lying! More

Our salesman, Mark Caputo, was great about answering questions, and patient with us as we tested everything and went through the decision process. We were there on a busy Saturday, and the process took a bit longer than we had hoped, but everyone at the dealership made us comfortable and kept us updated about the progress. They were also very accomodating with an accessory request and were able to complete it same-day. More

Needed the best price and wanted to buy in 1-2 days Was in the market to buy a luxury mid-size SUV. Acura MDX was not even in my top list. Stopped by once. Took a test-drive. He worked patiently and diligently to analyze my need and make me understand different packages. Told him that I want to buy the car same day so he offered me the BEST price. Came back home. Called a few other dealers to validate the price. Went back and same day bought the car. Later in a week figured out that a valet key was missing from one of the key fob. He took care of it free and also offered a drink-mug just for the hassle I had to take. This sales guy will go a long way as he is not a classic salesman, rather a friend of buyer. Kudos to the team.
