Excellent, no pressure sales I purchased a new TLX from this dealership at the end of June 2015. Ryan gladly greeted us and took us through with a test drive and within 2 hours we I purchased a new TLX from this dealership at the end of June 2015. I took delivery on the vehicle the next day so that they could get my car ready. I had a concern that I called about, and they handled it no questions asked. They truly did everything to make sure that I had a positive experience, and I had not regrets when I drove off. I actually got a better deal than I expected. He took his time to find out the correct answer for us and not just assume or guess. He was able to show us both new and used models, which we liked. Many dealerships do not allow a sales person to show both. We decided on a lightly used Acura MDX. He was great to work with in every step along the way.
