The other two gentlemen from Finance - Arthur and Jeff, were friendly and not overly pushy like you would expect from a car dealership. Pleasant Experience Until I Had To Deal With The Finance xxx Bought a new TLX from James last week. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I Bought a new TLX from James last week. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I am pleased with the interaction that James and I had. Dealing with Jay, the finance associate, is a different story. I honestly don't think I said anything to offend him, but if I did, I simply don't care. I should still be treated with kindness and respect that a valued customer deserves. I shouldn't be talked down too or be bombarded with nasty comments. I had to show him a competitor's website to prove to him that he was charging a percentage rate higher than he should have been, which he probably didn't need proven to him nor did he like. I told him I knew people were paying less for similar extended warranties through the dealership and he literately screamed at me "I guess you should go somewhere else then". A customer shouldn't be told to go somewhere else, he should be trying to sell me, not push me out the door. After that he followed me outside and made sure to have one more nasty thing to say to me as I was walking to my car. He followed it with "Just joking" as he walked away. Like that really makes it any better that he claims to be joking. That's how I left the dealership that day, no "thank you for the business" or "have a nice day". The following morning, I picked up my car and made sure to tell Ankur about my experience with Jay. I appreciate him listening and valuing what I had to say. He made it seem like he would address my concerns and made me feel that my feedback was important. He thanked me for my business and I was on my way. With all this being said, the next Acura I purchase with be through this dealership as long as I don't have to deal with Jay. More
