Bad Service Department experience I bought new Acura MDX from these folks 2 years ago. They were good those days. Their service is degrading day by day. I had replaced all 4 tires 2 we I bought new Acura MDX from these folks 2 years ago. They were good those days. Their service is degrading day by day. I had replaced all 4 tires 2 weeks ago with them. They are Michelin Tires, very expensive. The Service Advisor matched the price with SAMS club and quoted a total cost for everything around $1200. Also I asked for premium car wash(needs to clean dash, interior and exterior).. When I received the car, the final bill is $12 more. I asked the Advisor "why is this final cost change compared to your original quote/". The Service Advisor response is not acceptable. His Response is " This happens. If you want we will remove the new tires and put it back old tires.". I got shocked. No one will tell irresponsible answer. If I told , go ahead, they would have spent more than $12. Really,. I do not care on $12 when I spend $1200. But , the response bothered me more. Then, I told him that this is not the right way to deal with a Loyal customer. He agreed on the quoted rate. After this I had more bad experiences. I went to Cashier to pay.. They gave the documents to sign. I asked Warranty papers for Michelin Tires. She told me that we do not have any warranty for Tires. I told her that It is clearly says 55,000 miles warranty in your site. Then the Adviser came and told me "yes I have those papers". They are fully disconnected. If she does not know, she need to refer to Advisor. After this, She purposely kept me waiting. I asked her, Is there any reason I need to wait?. Her reply was very Rude and answered that you pay with your advisor. How come she is taking payment from others and not from me?. Then the advisor took the payment from me. This is not over yet... Advisor took me to the Car to handover the keys. Nothing is cleaned inside, Same dusty dash board, dirty floor mats, windows not cleaned. I asked him " did they do Premium wash?" , He told me "Yes". Then I showed him the dusty Dash Board, dirty car mats, etc. He said sorry and he told "I will do it myself and bring it back". He did some cleaning and brought it back. It was not totally clean. I noticed that there is a disconnect between the Service folks and Advisor here, So, I am seeing lot of disconnection in this Dealer Servicer Center. Unless they improve, they will loose the business and customers. More

Phones Not Answered, Advisor Doesn't Call I took my Honda to the David McDavid Acura collision center for hail damage. The Honda dealership doesn't have a collision center. David McDavid Hon I took my Honda to the David McDavid Acura collision center for hail damage. The Honda dealership doesn't have a collision center. David McDavid Honda has a fairly good service center, so I thought I would receive the same level of customer service at the Acura dealership. For the hail damage I had a "reservation" which was a six week waiting period. Not a problem. I took my car in on the day designated, got my rental. The repair was to take three days. Due to the service advisor not returning calls, I drove to the dealership att the end of a week to inquired on the status - they hadn't even looked at my car. What is the purpose of a reservation? Next step, they looked at the car and decided the repair was more than my insurance had determined. Another week passes. Insurance company approves new estimate by dealership. By this time I had to retrieve my child car seats because grand kids were coming for an extended weekend. When retrieving the car seats on a Thursday I was told it would be another week. OK - all set, plans made with grand kids. All is good. Next day, dealership calls at 5:00 to say car is ready. What!!! I'm in the middle of picking up grandkids and can't get there by closing time. Next day got up early, uninstalled car seats on rental, turned in car, picked up my car, reinstalled car seats. What a hassle. So the original three day job must have taken them less than a day - even with the "additional work". Now today after trying to call, chat and make online reservation I had to drive to the Acura dealership to have them reconnect the trunk latch wire. I only hope I never, never have to return here. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I know they don't care, but for my own satisfaction my next car will not be from David McDavid. More
Wonderful Gabriel Sotelo was wonderful, he too so much time with me when I advised what vehicle I wanted and never tried to sell me anything else. He worked with me explain all the steps that are necessary in purchasing the vehicle, and all the options that were associated with the vehicle I wanted. When I agreed to the sale he introduced me to the financial person and we discussed the financial part of the sale. He never tried to sell me anything other options than what I wanted but he did offer them to me and I replied no he continues on, his demeanor was very professional and made the sale go smoothly. I was very impressed with both persons! When I took delivery of my MDX, Gabriel explained every thing to me and demonstrated how the teck package worked several time to make sure I understood how it worked! The vehicle was delivered clean and a full tank of gas! I had several question a day or two later, and called Gabriel and he advised to bring the vehicle back when convient and he re educated me on the questions of the GPS! I would advise ANYONE that would consider purchasing an Acura do it through David McDavid and ask for Gabriel and Arthur More

Great experience and love my new Acura! Started looking for a new vehicle for after passing my car down to my son but I had no idea what I wanted. My salesperson (Mike Maulsby) was so nice & laid back...he showed me the one I came to see & others that I was interested in but never tried to 'upsell' or pressure me, which I definitely appreciate. I decided to sleep on it before making a decision and called Mike the next morning to let him know I'd be purchasing the car. He had it detailed and waiting for me...and after the paperwork process, Mike helped me sync my phone w/ the car and explained everything that I still had questions about!! Everything went very smooth from start to finish...I had a great experience! More
