Giles Wilson in the business office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in putting a financing package together that provided manageable payments and great service for years to come. More

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!! 10/27/2016 DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE TO YOUR CAR!!! They are the WORST, with the exception of the Manager, Jordan. She went above and beyond 10/27/2016 DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE TO YOUR CAR!!! They are the WORST, with the exception of the Manager, Jordan. She went above and beyond to help me after I was stuck with the rudest and most horrible service agent, Javier. He told me it would take an hour and a half (for an oil change!). Fine, that's a really long time, but I will wait. I sat down in the lounge, made a tea, answered some emails and 20 minutes later, my car is still standing in the same spot that I parked at. I came inside to ask him about it, and he tried to avoid me and took 10 minutes to even come back to his desk after they paged him. I had to approach him. So he took my car around back so I wouldn't see it standing there anymore. Another rude woman named Nicole told me since I had an appt. at 10 am, it would be ready at 11:11am. More BS.... I gave her extra time and came to check on my car at 11:30--an hour and a half after I got there-- and I see it sitting, nice and shiny, in the parking lot, but no one came to get me and they knew I was in a hurry. I assume after 1.5 hours, they were done. Again, Javier saw me and blew me off, didn't even come talk to me and did everything to avoid me. He did not care at all to give me an update. Nicole was also asked to help and she said, "one second" and walked away never to be seen again. The car was only washed, they never even took it in for an oil change!!!!! Finally, someone got Jordan, the Manager, and she was fantastic. She took my car in right away, apologized, brought me my filters to look at and had me out in 30 minutes and waived my fee. I AM NEVER GOING BACK. Valvoline has BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Worst experience of my life This dealership has totally ruined my car. I brought it in to get the torque converter fixed. After bringing in it about 10 times (no exaggeration) I This dealership has totally ruined my car. I brought it in to get the torque converter fixed. After bringing in it about 10 times (no exaggeration) I got my car back with multiple other problems that it did not have before. I had to bring my car to another dealership and pay all over again to get everything fixed. David Mc David would take no responsibility for the damages. Multiple techs that do not know what they are doing are employed there. They cannot fix anything!!!! Do not bring your car here or buy a car from here as they are the most corrupt and incompetent business. Head manager is a nightmare. Super rude and pushy. More
