I interacted with Penn Hoyt and Matt Oravetz during the whole process. All along the process, Penn and Matt were very friendly, supportive and provided all the information about the vehicle. They were not pushy unlike other salesmen at other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. I was also really impressed with their patience to answer all my queries and apprehensions I had about the car. They even facilitated to get the vehicle inspected externally. I have purchased other vehicle in the past and had to "steel" myself before going to the dealership, prepared for a lot a haggling and high pressure double speak. I got none of that. Ankur and Alex were very friendly and knowledgeable about their vehicles and did not try to "oversell" me into a vehicle I did not want or need. It was truly a pleasant experience. We had a deal in place in less than one hour (my previous car buy took from 10 AM to 5 PM to come to a deal). When I then said I'd like to sleep on it before committing, Payam understood and didn't push. Unbelievable, right?!?!?! So I came back in the next Tuesday and we took care of all the paperwork. And it turns out the Business Manager Giles and I know several of the same people. I absolutely love my new 2017 TLX. Every step of the way, I was treated with great respect and courtesy. My time was important to Payam and his calm manner and cooperative way of working impressed me thoroughly and is in stark contrast to any other obnoxious, pushy car sales person I've dealt with in the past.
