Smooth, no pressure buying experience I went to this dealership to just look and price a good used car to drive around town. I told Tim right away that I was in no hurry to purchase but if I went to this dealership to just look and price a good used car to drive around town. I told Tim right away that I was in no hurry to purchase but if the right car was here that I would consider it. He acknowledged my situation and proceeded to show me the car I was interested it. I liked it, had my mechanic check it out, then used my Auto Navigator Pre-Qualified offer from Capital One to make my purchase. Tim was very professional throughout the entire process and I told him that I'll be back in a couple of years to buy a new Acura from him. More

Used Vehicle Purchase I was looking for a used vehicle when I came across one that caught my eye at McDavid Acura of Plano. I sent a question into the dealership, Tim Sech I was looking for a used vehicle when I came across one that caught my eye at McDavid Acura of Plano. I sent a question into the dealership, Tim Sechrest reached out to answer my question and to see when I could come in for a test drive. He didn't pressure me to come in like some other dealers did and was understanding of my schedule. When I arrived to take a look at the vehicle, he let me look the vehicle over and gave me some space. No pressure the entire time. Once again, he answered any questions I had. If he didn't know he was quick to find it for me. When it came time to make a deal, he laid it out and didn't push me. I really appreciated him working with my schedule, not forcing a vehicle on me, and taking the time to make sure I was good with my selection. In the end he provided great customer service and I very appreciative of that. I paid a price for the vehicle that I was comfortable with. More

No pressure and good experience. I visited this location to look & drive a Preowned Acura SUV. Iqbal Husain was very friendly and knowledgeable about the one I drove but was interest I visited this location to look & drive a Preowned Acura SUV. Iqbal Husain was very friendly and knowledgeable about the one I drove but was interested in a different color. A white one was coming in several Day & he called me when it was available. In the mean time I drove a Lexus that was just the color I wanted so ended up buying that one. My experience was excellent with them. My sister bought her SUV from them. More
