great service I brought my Honda S2000 in for tires and an alignment. Even though I live much closer to a Honda dealer - I brought the car to David McDavid Acura o I brought my Honda S2000 in for tires and an alignment. Even though I live much closer to a Honda dealer - I brought the car to David McDavid Acura of Plano as they have serviced my other cars for over 10 years. Travis Wilson was my service writer - I told him my concerns about how the car pulled slightly to the right. After waiting - Travis told me the technician wanted to update me on the alignment. Master technician Greg Garcia spoke with me. He pointed out the before condition of the alignment, asked me about my driving style, and how he would set the alignment accordingly. After leaving I went to my favorite driving road. The car now did not pull to the right, the steering wheel was centered. I wanted to take the time to thank these 2 employees for taking the time to ask about my preferences and pointing out issues they could correct. This kind of customer service is why I continue to go back to David McDavid Acura. More
