Acura MDX 2017 Transmission issue Acura MDX 2017 transmission chokes/stalls, jerks off while starting from STOP to GO. Cars fly by and at times I have been honked from behind. My tran Acura MDX 2017 transmission chokes/stalls, jerks off while starting from STOP to GO. Cars fly by and at times I have been honked from behind. My transmission got a code of p287a. David McDavid Acura Plano just reset the code and told me everything is fine. But I am still experiencing the same xxxx with this transmission and they say they cannot do anything as their diagnostic run didn't show the code again. So, I guess I am just in a state of hallucination. Acura says that I have to work with the Plano McDavid Acura dealer. They are also of no help. I will never recommend this dealer or Acura to any of my friends. Stay away from them. More

Great service on Memorial Day Had a flat tire late on Saturday afternoon, and had MDX towed to David McDavid Acura, after service had closed. We assumed it would be Tuesday before Had a flat tire late on Saturday afternoon, and had MDX towed to David McDavid Acura, after service had closed. We assumed it would be Tuesday before they could take a look at it, but they were open on Memorial Day and were able to repair the tire for us. They also noticed we had an open recall and applied that for us as well. Great to have the car back in time for the work week. More
