I did finally receive my license plate the day after I filed this complain online. Note that the car was purchased 1 Dec 2020 and it was not processed by the county until 27 Jan 2021. Nearly two months to process license plates. I think something was amiss. It was another 10 days after that to receive my plates. My daughter bought a car from another dealership and had her plates within 3-4 weeks as is normal in this part. Ultimately the car is registered and titled and that was my end goal.

I already did speak to the dealer. I also opened a case with FTC. They also agreed a car shouldnt leave the the lot unless its 100% set in stone as i was told which is where the lied part comes in. Thank you
