The service is Great! The service department scheduled my car repair quickly. They had the necessary tire in stock. They ran a check and found I needed brake fluid replace The service department scheduled my car repair quickly. They had the necessary tire in stock. They ran a check and found I needed brake fluid replaced in addition to the tire replacement. Meanwhile I enjoyed coffee while I waited in the TV area. Everyone was polite and professional. As a happy bonus my car was washed when it was returned! I will definitely return for any repairs! More

Owning a Problem Someone Else Caused I made the mistake of taking my RLX to Safelite to have the windshield replaced. After several tries, repeat visits and promises of, "Oh, we can fix I made the mistake of taking my RLX to Safelite to have the windshield replaced. After several tries, repeat visits and promises of, "Oh, we can fix it", they admitted they couldn't. I brought it to David McDavid to fix it, and it seemed like every warning light in the dash was blinking. When David McDavid got it, they learned that the system camera had been broken, and that a cable that had been jury-rigged to each side in an apparent attempt to "make it work". Welcome to East Texas style auto repair. David MCDavid replaced the camera, got rid of the cable, and reinstalled software after discussion with engineers at Acura. The bill for all this on my 2015 RLX? Zero, considered a warranty repair. I told my wife that when she trades her Lexus in, I know where to do it. Great cars, incredible service, and I gave them five stars because Dealer Rater won't let you give 12! More
