The scheduled service took 1:45 and waited in the 'hospitality room'; this waiting room, which for a 'luxury' brand does NOT compare with a luxury brand like Lexus, Mercedes or BMW (I say this because I have been in their waiting areas before). I saw more employees than clients getting coffee and snacks. That is the only observation I have. Overall the dealership does not meet the 'luxury' brand in their installations. More

I thought I had better talk to a live person to make absolutely sure, so, I called the listed phone number and talked to a live person. He said yes the silver Acura MDX was still available and would I like to make an appointment to test drive. I said yes and made the appointment for 12:15pm. I live many miles away and have to drive through heavy traffic but still was able to get there at 11:35am. I walk in and was told the MDX was sold. What? Oh, that guy works in another office a thousand miles away. What? I let the manager know how unhappy I was. ... I walked out and went to the competition and found a nearly new vehicle that I plan to buy tomorrow.. More
