Great customer service. When I came in the shop on Saturday morning it was very crowded. Wow experience I made an appointment for a routine oil change and to get a recall item completed. As I pulled into the Service department, Carl walked up to my car, I made an appointment for a routine oil change and to get a recall item completed. As I pulled into the Service department, Carl walked up to my car, greeted me with a friendly smile, and had my paperwork ready to go!
