Deceptive repair My wife dropped MDX for noise coming from driver side when it turns. Brain gave us price of $ 3125.00 for repair. When I went to pick up, my total w My wife dropped MDX for noise coming from driver side when it turns. Brain gave us price of $ 3125.00 for repair. When I went to pick up, my total was more than I was told. I was sent to Daniel to discuss, he looked into bill and said Brian is off today and I can pay highest bill and he will verify with Brian that I was quoted $3125.00 and if it is true he will reimburse the difference. I told him why not call him while I am here and verify it. He told me he is not answering. I told him I can come back next day when Brian is here . Next day I got call from Brian and he said that price was for only 1 portion of repair which was not true. During conversation he said if I don’t pay he can take part out of my MDX. I paid my bill Friday and when I was leaving I heard same noise from my car like something going to break. I went back and Daniel day with me for test drive. He heard the noise and I left my MDX to find out why is it still problem exist. I got text with another over $1000 repair if I want to fix it. More
