A great car that would last me forever, with an amazing lease price and a terrific sales process. No hassle. Just very black and white. What more could I want? lease price and a terrific sales process. No hassle. Just very black and white. What more could I want? More
This dealership is possibly the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My family is loyal to Acura and this dealership absolutely ruins the reputation of Acura entirely. The used car sales manager i have ever dealt with. My family is loyal to Acura and this dealership absolutely ruins the reputation of Acura entirely. The used car sales manager is rude and not friendly, she does not treat you like a customer and has a worse attitude with her employees. And above everything else we were told that the timing belt and water pump had been done on a used 2004 White MDX. They were not cooperative about me taking the car to my mechanic because I work full time and wanted to take the car overnight and take it to the mechanic first thing in the morning. We were so frustrated but had already invested so much time into the car that it wasn't worth backing out yet. Until my mechanic had informed me that the water pump and timing belt had in fact not been replaced. The front and back bumpers had terrible paint jobs done indicating they were trying to cover something up. So I took 5 hours off of my job to make sure the car was back before 1 pm to meet the sales manager demand. I asked for the records that the water pump and timing belt had been done and waited for over half an hour until the sales manager finally walked out and said you're right it wasn't down and we have been falsely advertising this car telling people it was done. During negotiation they would not budge on the price at all because they had said that this work was done and cost $1500 dollars. I told her I was pissed and she asked for more time to try and work things out and now decided to be nice. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. And we are writing several letters to North America Acura because this is simply unacceptable from the " First Acura dealership in the United States." DO NOT TRUST THEM. They make the image of a used car salesman look like a saint. More
I went to David Mc David Collision Center to get my work done on my Honda after an accident. . I was extremely disappointed. The person(Dennis) who dealt with the repairs on the car did not return calls. He done on my Honda after an accident. . I was extremely disappointed. The person(Dennis) who dealt with the repairs on the car did not return calls. He kept committing dates of completion on the work that he could not meet. . We escalated the matter to a manager who seemed to not care too much and was rather condescending in his attitude towards us. .For a consumer that spends money and expects a decent level of service...take your work elsewhere. I wanted a 05 TL off the lot for $2-3k off the asking price. They didn't budge. I asked for the best price or deal they could offer...didn't budge on the price. The TL was priced at $21k(non navi) and the price. They didn't budge. I asked for the best price or deal they could offer...didn't budge on the price. The TL was priced at $21k(non navi) and the 06 were priced for $24k? These guys are stiff and prices are stupid, they rather let a car sit on the lot for months rather than give you fair offer. So I took my measly $18k check over to Sewell and purchase a 05 TL with nav and less mileage for $17k+tt&l. And the bonus.....Superb Customer service! Felt like I was on the Red carpet! Thanks Sewell! Don't waste your time here.. More
Tim is the internet sales manager and responded to a web inquiry about an MDX for me. He responded timely and invited me for an appointment. My issue is not with him in particular. I don't feel like David M inquiry about an MDX for me. He responded timely and invited me for an appointment. My issue is not with him in particular. I don't feel like David McDavid Acura does enough to make their CPOs enticing. I've visited on 2 separate occasions and the MDXs weren't cleaned and detailed to a level of perfection you'd expect from a licensed dealership. They were vacuumed but there were still papers and whatnot between the seats, too many superficial flaws in the paint (the kind of stuff a good car wash place could take care of for $100), and the CPO MDX I saw had a big scrape in one of the rims. I mean, this is an Acura dealer, why would they not replace that and then roll it into the price? More
I had a deal on the table, including 500 dollar deposit, after which the dealership changed the deal (wouldn't take trade-in as described and wanted cash deposit in its place). Also, I told them up front I after which the dealership changed the deal (wouldn't take trade-in as described and wanted cash deposit in its place). Also, I told them up front I would be gone for Military TDY for several weeks, and would e able to pick up car at end of TDY, but dealership told me after I put deposit down that this arrnagement would not work and I ghad to have car delivered, with an extra cost. I told them I would be up to pick up car after TDY, they said they couldn't wait that long. The instead sold the car to another party halfway through my TDY and never refunded my deposit. It took 2 calls to get my deposit back and then it still took another week after they said they would return my deposit to get the credit placed on my CC. I would stay away form this dealership, they are after bottom line only and don't care who they go through to get it. More
Acura makes great cars. This dealer doesn't support the manufacturers efforts. From sales to service, I feel like I'm at a Ford dealer. Even my local Honda dealer is better. People are cold and business manufacturers efforts. From sales to service, I feel like I'm at a Ford dealer. Even my local Honda dealer is better. People are cold and business like. I don't feel like they want my business--for the sale or the service. In fact, I feel sorry for the service reps. They seem to labor under poor management, at least that's the feeling I get. I love Acura, but with so few dealers, this might force me to consider Lexus next time. More
