Ty Davis at Park Ford was amazing at getting us set up with our new Ford truck. The rest of the team was also great from being greeted at the door, to finance, and everyone in between. Ty worked with both my husband and I to do a lot of the initial work over the phone to save us some time in-person (and when you have an infant, every extra minute counts when it’s close to bed time!) They had toys there to keep the little one occupied and were very patient with us. Even though we came toward the end of the work day, we never felt rushed, and Ty even stayed over after the purchase was complete to show us how to work several of the controls. They worked with us to make sure we had a plan in place that worked for our budget. We would use them again if we ever need to purchase another vehicle! More
