I am 170 miles from their dealership and was unsuccessful with multiple calls and emails to my local Ford sales lady (last 3 years bought 3 new vehicles from) when I reached out 1 hour b and was unsuccessful with multiple calls and emails to my local Ford sales lady (last 3 years bought 3 new vehicles from) when I reached out 1 hour before close to Park Ford. I noticed the platinum expedition I wanted online and Ty picked up phone and within 15min close the deal. This was Friday right before closing, suv was delivered to my door (170 miles away) on Monday afternoon by two incredibly nice older gents. Ty followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied.
