What an experience. . I purchased a 2015 ford edge titanium and traded in my Ford Explorer Sport trac for it. Evan and Jenn were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeabl I purchased a 2015 ford edge titanium and traded in my Ford Explorer Sport trac for it. Evan and Jenn were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable, it felt like I've known them for years. I had a problem with the tailgate in which I brought it up to Evan and immediately he helped me out. I was turned over to the service department and John took care of me. Again, another member who was very nice, helpful and yes, it felt like I knew him for years. He explained to me what's going on and got me in for service right away. How I was treated from the beginning till the end overpowered the minor issue I had with the car. The service was fast and again, I left out of there with a smile on my face. Service department awful Horrible service dept. Stay clear of Mr. Calzone, just rude. Made an 8 am appt. Dropped off night before. Called in the afternoon to check status of d Horrible service dept. Stay clear of Mr. Calzone, just rude. Made an 8 am appt. Dropped off night before. Called in the afternoon to check status of diagnosis. Two hours later, at 3pm Mr. John Calzone calls to let me know they need it for another day. Wants to know if they need to put it back together if I need to pick it up. I ask them what they have done as the convertible top was not working and you could smell the hydraulic fluid when entering the car. He says, checked the relays, those are all good. What do they need to put back together ? The relays ??? They still have two hours to closing, get to work on the hydraulics. Nope. Not going to happen today says Mr. Calzone. Some advice, acknowledge that you got overwhelmed and couldn't get to it. Dont try and BS me. and dont be so rude. Find another Ford service department, these guys are rude and liars. More

Everything about Park City Ford makes car buying a dream instead of a nightmare. We first met Tyler Heft when he was in sales training when we bought our Mercury in 2010, then he was our salesman in 2014, and happy to see that now he is the sales manager. Tyler introduced us to salesman Evian Saviano, and lucky for us it was evident that he was trained by Tyler. This young man was very, very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and at no point was he pushy or hyping cars just to make a sale. He even spent 2 hours with us at delivery time to show us all the new technology and how to integrate our phones with the cars. The excellent service continued on delivery day when we went over all the paperwork with Jennifer Brown. She explained all the fine points our our purchases and has a wonderful disposition and sense of humor! No number cruncher here. She was extremely professional and the dealership is very fortunate to have here closing the deal. All in all, these very professional people help dispel the reputation that other dealers have of car shopping being only second in hating an experience to a root canal at the dentist!
