This dealership doesn't reply or answer once they've made the sale, even if they still owe you tint on your vehicle. Was on hold for 47 minutes trying to speak to a manager before I hung up. Called back and the sale, even if they still owe you tint on your vehicle. Was on hold for 47 minutes trying to speak to a manager before I hung up. Called back and was transfer to a managers line that went straight to voicemail and they don't call back even though you requested a call back. More

I bought a car from out of state. They made the process very easy and I had it picked up and sent right to me. The price was much better than what I was quoted in NJ They made the process very easy and I had it picked up and sent right to me. The price was much better than what I was quoted in NJ More
Let's talk about the worst single retail experience I have ever had. I already know what you are thinking that has to be a hyperbolic statement, but I promise you it is not and I will explain why in 51 have ever had. I already know what you are thinking that has to be a hyperbolic statement, but I promise you it is not and I will explain why in 51 years I have never been treated like this while trying to make a purchase of this level. Background - I live about 2 hours away from this store so I really needed to make sure everything was lined up before I made that trip. Day 1 - I found a F-150 XLT on the website and I called about the truck and everything sounded perfect and the Salesperson was a friendly guy. He did explain however that the speedometer was faulty and would need replaced but that should happen in a few days and that I should not come out yet since the truck was not ready but he would let me know and setup a day for me to come buy the truck after the needed repair was complete. Day 3 - Speedometer still having troubles getting the part and at this time I am 100% understanding and willing to work with the company. Day 4 - Manager #1 calls me and tells me 'Sorry man I don't know what to say but the shop is telling me the transmission is toast and of course they would not want to sell it like that. I totally agree and at this point I write this up to bad luck. Day 5 - A new salesperson calls me and asks if I am still interested in the truck and I reply 'Well not with a bad tranny.' She replies telling me um there is no bad transmission on this truck. So with that I call my original salesperson and inquiry about the truck and he directs my call to Manager #2 and this is where things get interesting. Manager #2 tells me that the transmission was never bad and that Manager #1 only told me that so the he could sell the truck to his friend but the sale fell through and now the truck was available. I express concern around this shady practice but he assures me that Manager #1 is getting disciplined and that he will 'Take the keys home with him so I can buy the truck on Monday'. Monday - I call my salesperson and tell him I am on my way to the dealership (1 hour away) to get the truck and he tells me oh no wait to come out the speedometer is still no fixed. I ask him when will that be done and he says he will call me tomorrow but that I should be able to get the truck by Wednesday. I am a little disappointed and weary at this point but the truck is cool and worth it for me so I agree. Wednesday - I call back and I am told the truck is sold! Like hey wait a minute here folks what do you mean? So I have lost my cool at this point and ask to speak to a manager, any manager and surprise noone wants to talk to me cause they know they F'd up on this one. So I leave messages on a few voicemails and I do not get a call back till the next day and Manager #3 tells me how his staff is going to get a 'Come to Jesus' talk at a meeting but this still does not help me. I would avoid this place 100% as my story shows a rotten system ripe with shady business dealings, poor customer service and a total lack of regard of a customer's time and above all a lack of common human respect. I will post this every where I can and I hope this review helps even one person avoid this experience. I gave them chances to make this right but in the end they decided to screw the customer. More
It was a horrible experience. The car you sold me a car that smells of cigarettes and I am trying to get it fixed. I would love to speak to the owner. The car you sold me a car that smells of cigarettes and I am trying to get it fixed. I would love to speak to the owner. More
