The car has been on the lot for a month, online it said no wrecks but showed 2 on the car fax in-person, RPMs flickered, warranty voided if I get oil changes done other than their service dept, and coolant is black/ brown which isn’t normal. They wanted 23k out the door but all the comps and Kelly blue book priced it around 18-19k. Said there’s not way they can do that over and over but get a text asking if I can do 19,500. With all that and Yelp giving the service dept 1 star reviews, I wouldn’t budge b/c of the risk I’m taking so was firm on 18 but was willing to see if the GM would come down to 18,500-19,000 and ensure the RPM would be covered under the warranty along with the coolant and going to do service else where besides their service dept without voiding the warranty. Never got a text back. So I’m good! Looking elsewhere!! More
