Brooks is the best. He did a great job with a smile. However on the day we came to pickup our vehicle that Brooks sold to us, he was not there as he had eye surgery. So things were a little ruff. I’m copying and pasting a text I sent to Jibran Martinez, our salesman, the day after we purchased our 2021 Jeep Wrangler from him. As you can see, we’re extremely pleased. I had been in and out of UPTOWN CDJR trying to find the best deal in town and LD was very helpful and made my first car buying experience less stressful and was willing to help me out with a lot of questio best deal in town and LD was very helpful and made my first car buying experience less stressful and was willing to help me out with a lot of questions I had. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of and he answered my questions to my benefit and no theirs. He was also super patient which I appreciated. Also Tony, in finance was really a cool guy and helped me get the things I wanted on my vehicle and helped fix an issue that came up. Overall, the experience was great minus a few xxxx-ups with Mike and the fact that I drove off the lot with half a tank of gas rather than a full one. I would recommend family and friends to come here when needed. More
