Jibran Martinez was an amazing bonus to my car buying experience. I was in the market for a very specific vehicle that 2 other dealers were not able to accommodate. It came down to genuinely showing in experience. I was in the market for a very specific vehicle that 2 other dealers were not able to accommodate. It came down to genuinely showing interest in my needs and taking the search for the vehicle, the financing options and the delivery by a certain date very serious. He was passionate and persistent about a dealer trade for my vehicle of choice. Jibran managed the process as if he was searching for himself and kept me in constant communication of his progress toward locating the vehicle. Finally, the vehicle was located and Jibran and I had not even met face-to-face, but built a relationship of truest to finally meet to finalize the deal. The entire atmosphere and team at the dealership were exceptional individuals clearly about treating people with dignity and respect. An experience I did not have with the 2 other Chrysler dealers in the metroplex. I was left in disbelief and discouragement that the other 2 dealers did not take me seriously but treated me in a way that people who want to spend money on a new vehicle should not be treated. Jibran and Uptown made a BIG difference and I am so happy to provide this review and highly recommend Jibran and the entir Uptown dealership! More
