Ya'll made this process super quick, easy, and efficient and actually LISTENED to what I was looking for. After being to 2 other dealerships I was worn out with folks not being efficient with time and then and actually LISTENED to what I was looking for. Oh man, where do I start? This is the first salesman that I can say I trust. I was referred to him by a family friend. I needed a car like yesterday. Spoke to other dealers but Miles made it happen. After a wreck that wasn’t my fault I was looking at paying for a rental after they covered it if I couldn’t find a car. He told me he would get me in something and he did. My experience here was heart touching and fast and pain free. If you have doubts or uncertainty about a place to buy a car or a salesman. You won’t after leaving Miles. It made me tear up at the end. I love the vehicle I ended up with, but I was sorely disappointed with the salesman and his level of professionalism. He initially tried to sell me on vehicle's features that I stated a couple of times disappointed with the salesman and his level of professionalism. He initially tried to sell me on vehicle's features that I stated a couple of times I wasn't interested in. When I found the vehicle I wanted there was so much confusion about whether or not I could get the vehicle because it was at a different dealership. After signing the paperwork for it and adding it to my insurance I got a text, text not a call from the salesman saying they couldn't secure the vehicle and my contract was void. When I tracked down the vehicle and went to get it from the other dealership, the original salesman went and got it, but then said it couldn't be delivered even after saying he would after all the trouble I went through. Finally, I just picked it up and I am writing this review to hopefully prevent another buyer from going through this. More
