Everyone was friendly, but I do wish they were more upfront and honest about why I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted. I was also given the wrong info about a car they actually convinced me to buy. Other then that, they were very hospitable offering food and beverages while I waited. They all went out of they’re way to make sure I was well taken care of, and even made sure I had a car to drive while mine was being serviced. The car buying process was quick and fairly easy. More

I walked in with approval from my credit union to purchase a used vehicle, 4.9% intrest & told salesman the $ amount on a car i was looking to spend but was approved for more he said he could beat purchase a used vehicle, 4.9% intrest & told salesman the $ amount on a car i was looking to spend but was approved for more he said he could beat any offer any other bank was offering. really didnt have what i was looking for but he said he could get me into a newer one for just a little more . I had to keep asking to repeat or speak up since i am partially deaf due to military service. this was the worst car buying experience ever, was told my payment was going to be a little more, there was nothing gone over was told couldnt get me the rate like he said but was close. finance guy said since i didnt get the interest promised he would throw in gap coverage for free, another lie, i was charged $800 for it. 13.3% is what it was, now why would i take that when i had approval for 4.9.. so many lies. i had to tell them several times to speak up since i didnt couldnt hear what they had said. my opinion is they used the fact i am partially deaf to swindle me into a higher interest rate. cause who would have signed for a 13.9 interest rate when i walked in preapproved for a much lower rate. Guess they thought they could take advantage of sumone with a hearing problem. several times i had to ask what was said and i asked questions but beware of their fast talking lies. plus i have been building my credit up since i paid cash for everything i bought in the past decade & they pulled 13 credit reports when i told him from the start ONE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD APPROVAL FROM MY PERSONAL BANK AND I DIDNT WANT A BUNCH OF UNNECESSARY INQUIRYS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. yes i signed the papers, no they were not what i was told they were, there was alot of difference between the interest rate, how much i was charged for a gap coverage that the guy who did the paperwork said he would make sure was free, zero is free $800 should be criminal in my opinion. so look else where if morals ethics and standing by what u say is things you might hope your sales guy has, others there might have it but the 2 i got HAVE NONE.
