From the moment I stepped out of my car, Richard was on it! But not in an aggressive manner, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or as though he was being pushy or too eager … I felt very comfortable, and he was s it! I was very upfront about my credit situation, which I am a beginners level .. he listen to me attentively and offered very clear options, no funny business, but straight up.. which I appreciated. Within less than an hour I left the dealership with the Jeep that I absolutely love! I look forward to returning and having Richard assist me in my second purchase.Thanks a lot I absolutely love her!
