I found the vehicle online, requested a quote, and got a call from LD Upton within minutes. We made an appointment for a test drive the next day. I had requested offers from multiple dealerships, and after the test drive I asked for about 30 min to get the final information from other dealerships. UPTOWN's price could not be touched! We came back, and got the process of purchase started. LD did everything he needed to do, and put us in touch with Troy Craft, who took care of finances. All the paperwork was saved to a thumb drive, and we walked out paper free, which was unusual, but very cool. From there, we went to see Shantel, who help us set up the UConnect and Chrysler accounts. She then helped us get familiar with the vehicle, and set up the CarPlay. We ended up driving off with a full tank of gas, but only ½ charge on the battery. After we got home I noticed that the KeySense on the vehicle was already set up, and that was not what we needed/wanted. There's no way to un-program the KeySense on our now, so I contacted LD, and he put me in touch with Kevin Shutter in the Service Department. Kevin asked that I bring the vehicle in, and even offered a rental vehicle while ours was being worked on. Once in the service department, I talked to Kevin, Mitchell, and Kyle, who solved the issue in a matter of just over an hour. All in all, great experience, great follow through, and I would highly recommend the dealership and the crew I worked with! More
Mr. Brooks and Jay Wilson are "No xx" people. My purchase experience (mostly on the phone) was quick. I would recommend them to everyone. Shantel was awesome. There was not communication between the sales people, we sat there for awhile waiting for the guy who was going to bring our vehicle and only until I got up and asked someone where our person was and found sat there for awhile waiting for the guy who was going to bring our vehicle and only until I got up and asked someone where our person was and found out he had been there about 30 minutes waiting for us. Total confusion and no communication. Also would have been nice if the vehicle would have had a full tank of gas. (we gave a big $3000 down payment and got crappy service. More

If you go to uptown look for Gregory Foster. He's an absolutely great finance manager. He got us on the truck we wanted and out the door with a quickness.
