To say this was the absolute worst dealership experience wouldn’t do it justice to how dreadful it truly was. Michael Brooks was too busy constantly playing on his phone and watching what looked to be dog f wouldn’t do it justice to how dreadful it truly was. Michael Brooks was too busy constantly playing on his phone and watching what looked to be dog fighting videos to even give me the time of day! It was obvious that I wasn’t a priority.. Finally, when he pulled the Wrangler up. He didn’t even give the time to go on a test drive with me! He stated that he “has been at this dealership the longest and will be here longer than any of the owners will” and that’s why he does as he wants. I was very interested and excited for the Wrangler, but didn’t feel safe driving it without any sort of license plates or anything. Michael claimed that he “does this all the time, it will be okay.” This sort of character is exactly why I chose to conduct my business elsewhere. It’s a shame, as I had heard good things about this dealership. If this is how things are ran, the dealership might as well be self service! Sales people like Michael are what ruin a great business and give the industry a bad name. The value of an employee shouldn’t be measured by their tenure with a company, but by their willingness to supply great quality customer service… Which Michael has seem to forgotten. More
The internet ad concerning the 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited was falsely represented. The ad claims the car had a Navigation System. I did not observe that it didn't until after the purchase. My husband has had a vehicle with this service rep for over 3 weeks, continuing to be given the run around. He was told the vehicle would be ready several times now, also being told a rental car would be over 3 weeks, continuing to be given the run around. He was told the vehicle would be ready several times now, also being told a rental car would be provided to him…none of which are true. The repair to the vehicle is covered by a warranty and yet we’re already out of $600 for a rental car that we’ve had to pay out of pocket. The vehicle is still not repaired. This has been a horrible and very inconvenient experience with someone who does not keep his word. I will be escalating this matter up. More
