Disappointed that myself and daughter wanted to purchase vehicles and they weren’t willing to work with us. They do not accept outside financing- which is fine, as they stated they would be comparable in pr vehicles and they weren’t willing to work with us. They do not accept outside financing- which is fine, as they stated they would be comparable in pricing, however they do not budge off sticker price. While every dealership has their own unique way of handling customers, when a customer is interested in two vehicles, at some point work with them. Our sales person was nice and tried to make us happy- therefore I don’t believe it was his decision. The finance department additionally attempted to make us happy with the warranty, which would have worked, if the sales manager would have worked with us. Just shocked that a dealership wouldn’t try to keep a customer. More

Absolute terrible experience at this dealership. I am in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and found one online at this location. I called the dealership line and was transferred to Miles, who confirmed that t the market for a Jeep Wrangler and found one online at this location. I called the dealership line and was transferred to Miles, who confirmed that the vehicle was available. I drove over there and met up with him. He asked for the keys and took me over to the vehicle. After a quick test drive I told him I would take the car and pay cash for it, even having facetimed my wife who was extremely excited since this was to celebrate a new job for her. Miles comes back a few minutes later from the manager's office and says he is very sorry but that someone already bought the vehicle and is driving down from Oklahoma for it. The sales manager (Lawrence) comes out and repeats this, which is a complete surprise seeing as they confirmed TWICE that it was available. I asked to see the deposit from the other "supposed" buyer, but they didn't want to show that. All in all, a complete waste of my time. I moved some meetings to specifically go see this and buy it for my wife, now I had to unfortunately call her and tell her I could not get it for her. This place is a complete scam, no wonder they have crap reviews online. More
