The worst car buying experience to date! After car shopping all day, the dealership had no water, not even to purchase. Gave me an over priced “deal”. We finally came to an agreement. Told we couldn’t get both keys. Drove 50miles back out to the dealership to get the key and supposedly to talk to someone that was going to help us with an app- they were not available. A week later we are told they didn’t put the GPS tracker on so we needed to come back but didn’t need an appointment. We were there for 2 hrs. They still Didn’t have water. I had to walk to a nearby food place to purchase drinks! A few days later a part on the roof of the car has blown off. The worst experience ever. I’m already over Jeep. More

Was told I would get a call in two days about what’s going on with my car. I called multiple times with no answer. I went into the shop and they said it would cost me $1300 to fix. I would not recommend using this Dealership due to their Deceptive Sales Practices. I was shopping to buy a 2017 Cadillac CT6 Twin Turbo Platinum car, which showed a Sales Price of $38,241 on their Website. Deceptive Sales Practices. I was contacted by Ahmad Caldwell who indicated the vehicle was available and I told him that I was approved for my bank already but advised him that I wanted to get the best possible rate and payment so I applied for their dealership financing as well to see if they can beat my Bank’s offer at 6% for $688 per month. After, they pulled my Credit I got a Call back from the Desk Manager, DEREK, who came back with a much higher rate and payment that my bank, which was for 7.89% and stated the payment would be $873. I asked why was the Payment so high because I based on my calculation from the Auto loan calculator I used, the payment should be $717 including TT&L for a Sales Price of $38,241. Then, Derek, stated that they added additional Dealer Perks on the Purchase but I told them that I was just going to go with my bank without adding the Perks and to send me the Purchase order for the Base Price and TT&L. However, after 2 hours went by I noticed I still had not received the Purchase order. Therefore, I text the Sales Rep, Ahmad, back and ask when they were sending the Purchase order to me and He told me his Desk Manager stated that I have to use their own Financing or they will not Sell me the Car. I told Ahmad that it sounded like they are forcing me to use their Lender so he then called me right away. Ahmad explained that they listed the Sales Price of $38,241 to attract people to buy the vehicle but advised that they could not sell it for that price because they would be at a loss of about $12,000 on the car if they sold it at that price. Then he stated that they added additional Dealer Perks to the price for stuff they had already did to the vehicle to so they could re-coupe some of the $12,000 they would lose. Ahmad indicated the additional Dealer Perk were for a $2,995 package for wheel locks, ding protection and door cuffs that was already added to the car. Plus they were charging a $3,995 Re-conditioning fee for Oil Changes, Tire Rotating and Other Maintenance they had done to the vehicle; which would basically bring the total Sales Price of the Car up to $45,231. Ahmad stated these fees were not optional since items were already done to the car, and stated this is why I had to use their Financing. I advised him that I have bought several cars in the past few years and have never been required to purchase these items or use the Dealerships financing. I told him that they should have listed a higher Sales Price that $38,241 to include all these fees so as a Customer I would know right away that I didn’t want the Car instead of having my Credit pulled only to find out there were an additional $7,000 worth of fees tacked on and that I only had to option to use their Lender. Ahmad stated they could not send me a Purchase order to deliver to my Bank with the Fees broken down like that because they would accept it that way and stated that’s why I had to use their lender. I advised Ahmad that I would get back to him and call him later. After, I got off work and re-review the figures an hour later I send Ahmad a message back to advised that I wanted to cancel my Application and that I would not be proceeding. I definitely believe that I was preyed upon and mistreated because I was a woman and they saw fit to try and get over on me with their hidden charges and fees because they thought that I would know understand the illegitimacy of what they were trying to do. *** BE AWARE OF FALSE SALES PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE & DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES FROM STAFF WHEN WORKING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! *** More
The car was used with lot of stuff inside it when presented for test drive. After purchase when the car was brought in from service, it was not fully cleaned there was yellow debris stuffed between t presented for test drive. Oil change said was done but the maintenance light or the sticker on dashboard was not reset. I asked the sales person next day to confirm with service dept if they have done the oil change or I can change it myself in only one follow up call, never gotten any response after that. Overall not very satisfied. More
