We really like the fact that they sell ceritfied pre owned vehicles as well. Coco was truly great to deal with. Another thing I like with Park Jeep is that they demonstrate team work really well. John, the business manager really knows his stuff as well and he was able to get us a great deal on the financing side. I worked with Josh Dennsion on Saturday June 18th, 2011 in purchasing a used 2010 Nissan Frontier. From my initial point of inquiry the dealership's online sales team gave me their contact information, off in purchasing a used 2010 Nissan Frontier. The Nissan I purchased was a local trade for the dealership and not one of their standard Jeep/Chrysler options represenatives are generally trained/educated on. Josh was professional and surprisingly knowledgable about this particular car; I had already done my share of research (KBB, consumer reports, car & driver, etc.) and knew the facts. Once I had made the decision to purchase that afternoon, Josh/several assisting associates made the process comfortable and ultimately offered a fair value for my trade. The customer service/personable atmosphere of Park Chrysler Jeep was outstanding; anyone can fill out the appropriate paperwork and sell a car, but the enviornment in which its done/presented makes all the difference. Since I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 10 years, it seems that leasing is the best way for me to drive a new vehicle. So, I drove away in the 200 that had caught my attention and felt I had gotten a great deal with the leasing incentives that were available through Chrysler. The whole experience I would rate a 5+. My first experience dealing with my salesperson, Norman, was what brought me back to Park Jeep to purchase my Wrangler Unlimited. We were greeted by Norman and we walked around looking at the large selection ( more than other dealerships I visited ). Norman was very friendly and was great at providing information about the different models. I felt no sales pressure from Norman and left with a handshake and his business card. After a week of researching different models online, I met Norman early Monday morning and I purchased our new Jeep.
