Norman was very good at explaining the process and why he needed to ask for specific information from us. He took his time and did not rush us through the process giving us time to make our decision. Craig was very easy to work with and "not" pushy in trying to sell my wife and I a vehicle. We came in looking to buy new, but found something with very few miles on it and it was priced $400 pushy in trying to sell my wife and I a vehicle. We came in looking to buy new, but found something with very few miles on it and it was priced $4000 below NADA and KBB so we nabbed this vehichle instead. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful and car salesmen can be pushy and agressive to the point of making buying a car something you wish you never had to do, but the people at Park Chrysler Jeep never wer can be pushy and agressive to the point of making buying a car something you wish you never had to do, but the people at Park Chrysler Jeep never were any of those things. In fact they were very patient in explaining their pricing and I left confident I was getting the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. They did offer extended warranties and other add ons but didn't push if I didn't want to purchase the add ons. They went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted from another dealership. I enjoyed working with my salesman, Norman Coco, and wouldn't hesitate to send friends and relatives his way because I know he will treat them right. More
