My wife Connie and I have purchased 22 new vehicles through the years, and yet the last new purchase was in the year 2000. We would absolutely dread the process and nearly always felt negatively about through the years, and yet the last new purchase was in the year 2000. Well with an aging vehicle and seeing all the new technology being incorporated into the new cars, we felt we had to brave the process. Much to our delight, from the very beginning, Bill Ohland was most helpful and very pleasant to work with. We drove 3 hours to reach the dealership and Bill was very knowledgeable of his inventory. Bill helped us to refine our needs and blend it into what we desired in the vehicle along with what we could afford. Bill was calm and professional at all times and it served to relax Connie and I to the point that we actually enjoyed the experience. Went to a car lot down the block to check out a Jeep Commander lemon and ended up stopping in at Park Jeep. An hour later drove away very happy with our 06 Commander. I came in to look at Used Jeep grand Cherokees and met Elisabeth Kent right away. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.
