Went to a car lot down the block to check out a Jeep Commander lemon and ended up stopping in at Park Jeep. An hour later drove away very happy with our 06 Commander. I came in to look at Used Jeep grand Cherokees and met Elisabeth Kent right away. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was treated with respect and integrity. Norman was tenacious in finding the right pre-owned vehicle for me. Norm was really great to work with. We got off to a slightly slow start because the cars we came to see/test drive had been sold in the preceding days. So we had some uncertainty about exactly how we wanted to move forward. But Norm was informative without being pushy, and when we warmed up to the idea of the 2011 Jeep Cherokee Limited, he gave us every bit of info needed and lots of reassurance that we were making a great decision. As the process was underway and we waited for paperwork, detailing, etc., Norm was really good about answering any additional questions we had and ensuring we didn't have any remaining uncertainties. We never felt rushed and felt we were Norm's only priority the entire time we were at the dealership. While we do not currently know of any family or friends in the market for a new vehicle, when we do, we would definitely endorse Park Chrysler Jeep and Norm Coco. More
