Much to our delight, from the very beginning, Bill Ohland was most helpful and very pleasant to work with. We drove 3 hours to reach the dealership and Bill was very knowledgeable of his inventory. Bill helped us to refine our needs and blend it into what we desired in the vehicle along with what we could afford. Bill was calm and professional at all times and it served to relax Connie and I to the point that we actually enjoyed the experience.
