We had been to five other dealerships and I have to say I was most comfortable at Park Jeep because of Bill. He is a great commlunicator because he listened to my needs, didn't talk down to me even though it was my first time buying a car on my own at age 70, and his behavior showed integrity and commitment to satisfying the customer. We also loved the fact that he shared some personal experiences in off roading and his love of jeeps which made me feel like I now was a member of the Jeep family even down to learning the wave! Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I needed to bring the vehicle back into the dealship for some minor adjustments and am extremely happy with the service department staff and especially the manager who approved the work on my Commander after the sale.
