Picked out a vehicle, test drove vehicle, purchased vehicle all in 1 1/2 hours! Amazing! Left vehicle at dealership overnight to be cleaned and inspected. Upon picking up vehicle the following da vehicle all in 1 1/2 hours! Amazing! Left vehicle at dealership overnight to be cleaned and inspected. Upon picking up vehicle the following day, vehicle had white dog hair all over seats, no floor mats and no owner’s manual. When confronted salesman about this, the salesman took vehicle to Detailing to resolve dog hair issues. Vehicle was brought back to me UN-cleaned and I was told that Detail was busy cleaning other cars on the lot. So, you are going to continue to clean cars that are not sold and let a customer’s car that is purchased stay unclean? Unacceptable. When it comes to floor mats, find some. Instead they decided to order them and they would be in in about three days. Again, unacceptable. Owner’s manual, who sells a vehicle without an owner’s manual? This also was ordered and would arrive in three weeks. These are basic things when selling a car to check before the client arrives. Especially when I did not take the vehicle the same day I purchased it. NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THESE COMMENTS. More
