I received quite a few letters from dealers once my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was discharged. About a month later, however, when I read the letter from Tim and Chris, I felt confident that they were the right ones to contact. Their communication was different than the rest. Their letter seemed more sincere and less chain-like. I called the dealership and talked with Tim Saturday morning, test-drove the vehicle (the one I’d been salivating over) for the day, and drove off in my certified pre-owned car by early evening. Not only did they get me qualified, I was qualified at 3 points below Tim’s prediction. The customer service was outstanding. They treated me, in my opinion, as equally as an affluent customer with a prime credit rating. I am welcome to come in for maintenance, warranty service, and/or general questions. To top it off, I was given invaluable advice on rebuilding my credit. I left the dealership fighting the urge to hug Tim and Chris. More

We like our Jeep very much and we are already planning on getting another one, but for now we would like to drive this one on longer trips and see how that works for us. This is a "beauty" of a machine.....runs very nice! I am also talking my twin brother into buying one, but he needs a stronger engine to pull his RV, so he may pass on the Jeep....but I am still working on the Jeep idea with him. One of the things I appreciated was that I did not feel pressured by the staff. They also shocked me with a 3 month/ 3000 mile warranty on a used car. None of the other dealers offered that.
