I went to Walser in Hopkins and had a salesperson who was very uninformed about Jeeps and created some great frustration on my part because of the inability to answer my questions about a product he was tryi very uninformed about Jeeps and created some great frustration on my part because of the inability to answer my questions about a product he was trying to sell - I wasted 75 minutes of my life I will not get back! So, I proceeded to Park Jeep as another option, the experience was great from introduction to guiding me to the right vehicle/model for me based on my needs - Jeffrey had good knowledge and if he did not know the answer he did some research before saying something just to answer the question. As a sales/marketing professional myself, it is refreshing to have a team like the Park Jeep team who actually knows the product and guides the buyer to the right purchase. What impressed me most, is that he took the time to not only explain, but demonstrate and educate so I could make an informed decision. I did buy a Jeep! I felt comfortable and confident in my choice. From finance to mechanic, everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful. "Jay" was very patient with me and never acted like my question was irrelevant or idiotic. After the purchase, Jay didn't just say good bye. He made sure I had a good send off and he will be the first one I call when I need anything for my Jeep. Chris Bullinger was the Jeep Wangler soft top expert. I received quite a few letters from dealers once my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was discharged. About a month later, however, when I read the letter from Tim and Chris, I felt confident that they were the right ones to contact. Their communication was different than the rest. Their letter seemed more sincere and less chain-like. I called the dealership and talked with Tim Saturday morning, test-drove the vehicle (the one I’d been salivating over) for the day, and drove off in my certified pre-owned car by early evening. Not only did they get me qualified, I was qualified at 3 points below Tim’s prediction. The customer service was outstanding. They treated me, in my opinion, as equally as an affluent customer with a prime credit rating. I am welcome to come in for maintenance, warranty service, and/or general questions. To top it off, I was given invaluable advice on rebuilding my credit. I left the dealership fighting the urge to hug Tim and Chris. More

Craig answered a lot of our technical questions and he was very helpful setting us up to use the hands free phone in our new Jeep. We like our Jeep very much and we are already planning on getting another one, but for now we would like to drive this one on longer trips and see how that works for us. This is a "beauty" of a machine.....runs very nice! I am also talking my twin brother into buying one, but he needs a stronger engine to pull his RV, so he may pass on the Jeep....but I am still working on the Jeep idea with him.
