My wife and I were extremely happy with our visit to Park Chrysler Jeep. Upon walking in, we were promptly greeted, offered a seat and a salesman was with us quickly. Our salesman (Robert Becker) was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions. He brought us the Jeep Cherokee Sport that we were interested in test driving and let us take it for a drive. We both fell in love with the vehicle. It gave a much smoother ride than the Ford Escape that we had just test drove. It also had a lot more options for the same price. We ended up purchasing the vehicle! While some paperwork was being done, we met the Sales Manager, as well as one of the Owners. This meant a lot to me, as we own our own small business, and this type of family owned/worked business is what I like to deal with. More

I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado that was very clean and appeared to be in very good condition, only 49000 miles. When I test drove the vehicle the check engine light was on. Salesman said he would have and appeared to be in very good condition, only 49000 miles. When I test drove the vehicle the check engine light was on. Salesman said he would have service tech read out the error code but not to worry because with the low miles there would be a 3 month warranty , which they later would not offer. I believe they did read the code, but they claimed they didn't know what the code (P0471) meant. They reset the check engine light and said they would take $200 off the price. I liked the car very much, so I closed the purchase with no warranty. On the way home the check engine light came on again. Had the error analyzed and found out this code is a well known serious problem with the torque converter estimated to cost $2500 to repair. I asked dealer for help with cost to repair. Used car sales manager said he would ask his manager and get back to me, HE NEVER RETURNED THE CALL. They did offer to buy back the car, but by than I didn't want to give the car up. I believe I was deceived and would not recommend this dealer for any used car puchase. More

I spoke with Mine Munzen over the internet. I am currently working in Calgary, Canada. I told them I would fly in and buy a Jeep on Monday. We got everything done in fairly short order, and I was on the road driving back to Calgary on Tuesday morning. All in all a very good experience. More
