Worst service I have ever received from a company. I was working with the dealership and another vendor. The dealership spoke with the vendor more than 3 times and myself 2 times to coordinate service I was working with the dealership and another vendor. The dealership spoke with the vendor more than 3 times and myself 2 times to coordinate services. The vendor is being paid by me to go to the dealership and is coming from over 2 hrs away. The dealership dropped the ball and did not follow thru with the coordination of services. I am paying the vendor and now will be paying the vendor close to $1000 because the dealership did not follow thru with the scheduled service. They are now leaving me with a large bill but also no car for several days. I will never access this dealership again and will be warning anyone I know of their lack of service. Just very frustrated and disappointed in what I thought was a reputable company. More

We were introduced to Sonia, who was so accommodating and funny and made us feel comfortable. Then our great salesman, Mark Hoffman, introduced himself and took us on a test drive. He was personable, kind and never made us feel like we were in the proverbial used car lot. He explained everything to my son and I in detail and helped us through the process. Our concern after the test drive was that the car was sold. That was not the case as we soon found ourself filling out paper work. Stephen Hanson, general manager, helped this process along quickly.
