We decided to meet in the middle to look for a Jeep for him. My brother recommended Park Chrysler Jeep and we only had one day to find a car for him so we stopped by to look at their used inventory. We found a couple of Cherokees he liked, but thought we could find a better deal at a larger dealership. Headed out and spent the next two+ hours elsewhere. The other dealership was not dealing at all on used vehicles (there prices were literally thousands higher for a similar year and model). So we contact George on the phone and told him we were coming back even though it was close to closing time. I told him what we were looking for, he confirmed they had a couple on the lot so I and asked him to keep the doors open for us. When we arrived at the dealership (yes, one minute before closing) Haiying Yu had both cars out front and ready for us to test drive. We gave her the keys to my son's car to give us an estimate and headed out for a quick test run. When we got back, they had everything ready to go. Paperwork was painless, everyone was pleasant to work with, and the price was very fair. Financing took about an hour, but we were the third sale in line so I'm not going to complain - Shannon found a great rate for my son. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for your next car. Great group of people to work with My wife and I were looking to trade our 2011 Grand Cherokee for a new diesel model and the entire staff was a treat to work with. Straight forward on pricing and when the vehicle we were looking at was sold to another person our sales person went to bat for us and got us a great deal on an even better vehicle. They took an unpleasant event (vehicle desired being sold to someone else) and turned it into a better experience for us and did everything they could to make the process painless. The service department was great on making sure the vehicle was ready for us and that we were happy with our new purchase. Can't say enough good things about our sales rep (Mark Kremer) as he was great at keeping us informed of what was going on and the options available to us. I know this seems silly, but of the last 3 new cars we've purchased, this was the only dealer we've had provide a full tank of fuel and ensuring everything was as it should be without even asking for it.
