Not a Positive Experience When we arrived at the Jeep dealer, we were very excited to test drive the Jeep we had scheduled for a test drive. However, when we were greeted and sat down with our Product Specialist, we were disappointed that the Jeep was at the offsite lot and not ready for the test drive, and we did not feel welcomed by our Specialist. Plus, we were given a speech about how he (our specialist) does not work on commission, but then contradicted himself when he said if "I don't make a sale, I don't get paid." This was very confusing. We had scheduled the appointment hoping it would help streamline the experience. We were told that it would not be long and that the vehicle would be right up (which was pretty quick). During our waiting time, we were greeted by other staff members who were actually very inviting and asked if we had been helped. This gave us a sense of hope. Then when the test drive came, our Specialist did not seem very enthusiastic to be showing us the vehicle. It seemed very clinical and impersonal. Yes, he explained the details of the vehicle, etc., but it didn't feel like he was happy to be working with us. The vehicle itself drove nice, and we were excited to maybe make a purchase. But once back at the office, the experience did not improve. All of the other staff members, including one of the owners, seem very inviting, asking if we wanted any coffee, etc., but our Specialist continued to make me and my partner feel unwelcome. Pricing started to come through, and we were ready to talk about a deal. However, respectfully, it just wasn't the right time to for us to make a purchase after we saw the numbers (hoping our trade-in would be worth a little more), and we wanted to wait a bit. So, we said we were not ready to make a purchase today and would like to receive our keys. This was followed by another offer, but again, we were not ready, as realistically it wasn't in our budget, so we just really wanted our keys. Then a third offer came in, and for the third time, we said not today. This turned into our Specialist trying to offer us a different vehicle that we were not interested in. At this point we still had not received our keys either. So, my partner had to cut our Specialist off and ask for the keys. He finally gave them to us so that we could be on our way. It was a very uncomfortable feeling, as we asked for our keys three times, but did not receive them. We felt sorry for being rude, but we felt like were being pressured into something that we were not ready for. We really would have liked to have made a purchase with Park Jeep, as we see there are many positive reviews, and we met some very nice people. However, this experience with our Specialist made us feel uneasy and not welcome. More

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff I found my used vehicle on car soup, which directed my attention to Park Jeep. Upon visiting the dealership I was greeted immediately by the sales sta I found my used vehicle on car soup, which directed my attention to Park Jeep. Upon visiting the dealership I was greeted immediately by the sales staff. Steve Carpenter took very good care of me and showed me all the wonderful features that the Grand Cherokee has to offer. I did not feel pressured into purchasing this vehicle and would recommend anyone making a trip to this dealer. More

Thanks for the great experience I purchased a used 2013 Wrangler. The finance dept. really did a great job, above and beyond. The service team was fantastic. It had an issue the firs I purchased a used 2013 Wrangler. The finance dept. really did a great job, above and beyond. The service team was fantastic. It had an issue the first day with the rear brakes. I called Park Jeep's Bruce Smith, and he took great care of me. The service manager called me, right away, and scheduled a tow for me. They repaired it the next morning and delivered it to my home. I couldn't be happier about the service. About the only complaint I have is there was No Owners Manual with it, I have asked for one and never received it. More
