He knows what I want and he does everything he can to make the buying process easy and fast. I am the type of person who knows what I want and I do the research to understand how much I want to pay. When I’m ready for a new vehicle, I just give Craig a call. At this point, he knows I want all the options I have on my current vehicle. He brings me up to date an any new options (that were not available when I bought my last Jeep) and thats it. The next day I get an email with financing and payment options and I just have to pick a color. This last time I ended up ordering a 2017 Hyper Green Rubicon. A few weeks later, I got a call from Craig, saying it’s ready. I the first time I was at the dealership was that next day – to sign the paperwork and pick up the Jeep. It took about 1/2 hour - It was that easy. I’d recommend Craig Schroeder at Park Chrysler Jeep for anybody in the market for a new car! More

Purchase of Pre Owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Looked on your internet site and compared prices with other dealers. We live between Rochester and the Twin Cities. The prices here were comparable and better than most. We were greeted promptly by our salesman Craig Schroeder and from then it was a very easy process. Craig was very knowledgeable about all the features on the vehicle models we were interested in and took time to show us both of them. He helped us through the financing process which was very easy. We also feel we got a fair deal on our trade in. I traded in a 2006 Grand Cherokee and came home with a beautiful 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited that had a good price and was in almost mint condition. Craig gave us the CarFax history on our Jeep and it was interesting to have the info of where it came from and that it had been maintained and serviced well with no issues except some back shocks that Park Chrysler Jeep replaced. Only have had the vehicle for a day so can't report any issues but if it's as dependable as my 2006 Jeep I'll be really happy. More
