Wonderful service & No pressure/pushiness!! The people are WONDERFUL to work with, I felt like I could really TRUST them! Car salespersons!!! Truthfully! I was told of options and I decided what I did or did not want, they did not second guess the sections I had made! My sales person, Amy was s pleasure to work with! Down to earth, real person! I kept her there well after her leaving time! Amy hooked up my phone for me, showed me features on the vehicle before I left. Well I left then realized I didn't know where to go! I pulled over and tried setting the navigation system, pretty soon Amy was at my window! She hopped in and helped me out!!! Lifesaver on top of it all! Who could ask for more? Thanks Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville for my ORANGE JEEP!!!! I LOVE IT ???? More

Very good experience I was very happy I chose to stop by park Chrysler and jeep. I never felt pressured at any point of the buying process. Craig was very knowledgeable I was very happy I chose to stop by park Chrysler and jeep. I never felt pressured at any point of the buying process. Craig was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at and was able to answer all our questions. even during the finance process it was a good experience. They looked at many different banks and credit unions to get us the best rate. Even when talking about the extended warranty there was no pressure at all. I did notice the tires needed to be replaced and they were more than willing to work with me and they worked that into the purchase agreement. I would definitely recommend park Chrysler and jeep to anyone who wants to buy a car and not feel pressured into one. All the staff was very nice, greeted every time we walked in the door and felt welcome. One of the owners even stopped by and said hi and asked how things were going. In today's world it was nice to see so many people care about the customer experience. I will definitely go there first the next time I need a car. More

Terrible experience My husband and I both have jeeps. We bought a brand new 2017 grand cherokee from this location. We drove away with his new jeep at 9pm when it was dar My husband and I both have jeeps. We bought a brand new 2017 grand cherokee from this location. We drove away with his new jeep at 9pm when it was dark out and by 5 in the morning we noticed a small dent in the bumper along with a chip. We contacted them and they would do nothing for us. Then a couple months later We both needed work done so we brought them in the same day. They would not give us a car. My husband got an oil change and I had my sunroof resealed. After the oil change all of the settings in his car were cleared out and some of them when trying to re program no longer work at all. When driving away I noticed a crack in my windshield, but had somewhere to be so I could not turn around to show them. I believe they cracked it when they were working on my sun roof. Also my sunroof makes a noise now when im driving down the highway which makes me believe that they might have made it worse. Getting a hold of the service manager has been awful. I would not go back here. More
