I knew what I wanted for a vehicle, and Rick simply acted as my guide and auto expert in helping me complete the purchase. I found the car online as I am out of state, and the customer service was immediate upon me making my initial inquiry. Sometimes these out of state buys can be complicated, but Rick at Park Ave made it all so easy. I flew in from out of state, and they had the car detailed up and ready to go for me when I got there. Fly into Newark, a quick Uber ride to the dealership and you're there. Very, very convenient for out-of-staters to make a buy from Park Ave Lotus. And the condition of the car was supreme , Rick even told me on the phone about a scratch on the car, that they needed a few extra days to touch up the car and remove the scratch! It was perfect inside and out. I had a cup of coffee and chatted with another employee at the dealership as well , and it literally was like having coffee with old friends. It wasn't phony or any forced conversations, it actually was a nice time to talk with new friends. The car was competitively priced , and in showroom condition upon arrival. Internet Buyers -- give these guys a shot and you won't be disappointed. Classy dealership with trustworthy employees, experts in knowing their vehicles and while offering their wisdom and experience in regards to the vehicles in their showroom and on the lot.
