First time service I had my first service oil change by Prestige BMW in Ramsey they did a terrible job turns out they didn't replace the oil canister correctly. Fortunately I called Park Ave service to do the job correctly. Jim scheduled a tow truck and had my car in their shop within the hour. As they corrected the situation they noticed I had significant damage to the underside of my car (due to me hitting a piece of metal on the turnpike). They alerted me of the damage which Prestige never did and Park Ave scheduled that repair as well. Don't waste your time going to Prestige see Jim at Park Ave they'll do the job correctly the first time around. More

Remote Buyer I was in the market for a pre-owned BMW X6. I had a list of must haves and was fortunate enough to find everything I wanted at Park Ave BMW. I am fr I was in the market for a pre-owned BMW X6. I had a list of must haves and was fortunate enough to find everything I wanted at Park Ave BMW. I am from North Carolina so it was important that the sales team work with me remotely. This was my 3rd try on finding the right car and my first 2 experiences were horrible. The process with Park Ave BMW went flawlessly. I worked with Jack Gomes, who was awesome!! He sent lots of pictures (even underneath the car) and answered all of our questions (via email and text messages). He was not afraid to put things in writing showing he was discussing decisions with the management team and everyone was on the same page. As a female purchasing a car, I sent my male friend/BMW enthusiast in first to get the best deal. That did not make a difference as Jack was fair and accommodating all around. To be honest, there was not much negotiation on the price BUT, I was also looking for specific packages/color/interior color/mileage. Their price was slightly better than what I found in my internet searches. I LOVE my car and appreciate the team at Park Ave BMW. More
