He was very patient and went over every detail about the car as well as going over the options for leasing versus purchasing. All throughout, he was not aggressive and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. I felt he was sincere and wanted to make sure that we were happy instead of "trying to make a quick sale." He worked hard for us in talking to his manager into agreeing to a comfortable payment for us. I purchased a car from here in 2011 and again in 2017.
