I went to Park Avenue last Tuesday afternoon to pick up a new 3-Series for my wife. During the delivery, the dealership experienced a brief power outage and the computer system went off line. As a result, the F&I office could not complete the process as the lease agreements are all edited online. Mike contacted the F&I manager at the old Park Ave BMW showroom (now used for pre-owned and internet sales) to see if he could assist. We walked over to the internet sales department and Roger Pic was able to update the necessary documents and get me on my way. Upon returning to the main showroom, everyone else was still sitting idle, waiting to get back on line. Essentially, Mike went way above and beyond what is expected. No other sales consultant (or manager) even thought to check the other facility for web access. More
